Community Advisory Council
The Harris County Pathways Community HUB Community Advisory Council served as a multidisciplinary advisory body that provided strategic guidance, community insight, and quality improvement recommendations throughout the implementation of the program.
The Council represented a diverse cross-section of healthcare organizations, public health agencies, community-based organizations, government, philanthropy, higher education, payers, and individuals with lived experience. Members helped ensure that the HUB remained responsive to community needs while advancing equitable, coordinated care across Harris County.
